Discovering Gentle-Strength Free 30-min Yoga Asana Online Class
Join me on Youtube Live for a Free 30-min Yoga Asana Class to gently activate your inner strength through subtle stretching and activation of the source of our awareness and being. Using this gentle approach found in Maharishi’s Asana set, I will incorporate his principles of “Rest” and “Activity” to amplify the benefits of each Asana (pose). During this class we will explore the five great elements on the mat through alignment and movement as they appear in Ayurveda, the “Science of Life”. This is an all levels class with brief, lite movements that subtly elevate heart rate and breathing bring them both back to resting rates during each active pose.
