$5 Yoga and Community Reiki Share
Start your Saturday with movement, healing, and community!
I'm hosting a special morning at Ripple Wellness that combines yoga and energy healing. Whether you're new to both or have been practicing for years, this is a beautiful opportunity to experience the power of group healing and connection.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
10:00am - 11:00am | Empower & Restore Yoga Class
A breath-initiated, vinyasa-inspired flow with touches of Yin. Build strength, increase flexibility, and restore ease in your body. This class is optional but highly recommended to prepare your body and energy for the Reiki share that follows.

11:15am - 12:00pm | Community Reiki Share
A 45-minute group energy healing experience where we'll gather in circle, open our hearts, and share Reiki with one another. I'll be guiding the session as a Reiki Master, and no experience is needed to attend or participate.
Here's how it works: After a brief introduction to Reiki followed by a QnA; each person will take turns lying on the table to receive Reiki while the rest of the group (including me) surrounds them and offers healing energy. Then we switch, so everyone gets the experience of both receiving and giving so they can learn more about subtle energy in the body and what it feels like. I'll guide you through the entire process, so even if you've never done this before, you'll feel supported and confident. This is a safe space to learn, experience, and share!

ABOUT ME:
I'm Courtney, a certified Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, and Ayurvedic Health Counselor, and I discovered energy healing as a pathway to transformation. In 2018, I began my Reiki training with a local master and medium, learning to work with subtle energy as a tool for healing and personal growth. Reiki has become an integral part of how I navigate life, helping me manage stress, release stored tension, and cultivate deeper presence and intuition. I weave Reiki into my yoga classes, private sessions, and daily practice, using it to support my own well-being and to hold healing space for others. I believe that energy healing is accessible to everyone and that when we learn to work with our own energy, we unlock a profound capacity for self-healing, clarity, and connection. I'm so excited to share Reiki with you in this intimate community setting where we can experience its power together.

Discovering Gentle-Strength Free 30-min Yoga Asana Online Class
Join me on Youtube Live for a Free 30-min Yoga Asana Class to gently activate your inner strength through subtle stretching and activation of the source of our awareness and being. Using this gentle approach found in Maharishi’s Asana set, I will incorporate his principles of “Rest” and “Activity” to amplify the benefits of each Asana (pose). During this class we will explore the five great elements on the mat through alignment and movement as they appear in Ayurveda, the “Science of Life”. This is how our divine will and Dharma can align through a deeper connection to higher consciousness. It's how Yoga prepares us on the mat for life off the mat, where we can find joy in the highs and grounded strength to navigate the lows.
